: प्रशासनिक-पुलिस की खाल खींच रहा है राजनीतिक-नौकरशाह : सूंघी सांप्रदायिक महक, अब पुलिस-प्रशासन पर कींचड़ :

लखनऊ : अफसरशाही में कई लोग ऐसे भी घुस चुके हैं, जो न केवल अपनी जमात को गालियां देने में कोताही नहीं बरतते, बल्कि अक्सर तो इंसानियत को भी शर्मसार करते दिखते हैं। लेकिन ऐसा तब ही करते हैं, जब वे नौकरी से फारिग हो चुके हों और उसके बाद वे राजनीतिक बिल में घुसने की कोशिश में हों। ऐसे वक्त में जब पूरा प्रशासन कोरोना संक्रमण को रोकने में जान लडाये है, कुछ ऐसे भी आला अफसर भी मौजूद हैं, जो नयी-नयी समस्याएं खडी करने पर आमादा हैं। कई जिलों के कलेक्टर, सचिव और यूपी के एपीसी यानी कृषि उत्पादन आयुक्त जैसे पदों पर रहे अनीस अंसारी इस भयावह हालत के खिलाफ जूझने के बजाय सरकार, प्रशासन और पुलिस विरोधी जमात की पहली लाइन में खडे दिख रहे हैं। अब उनका नया शिगूफा है कि यूपी सरकार और उसकी पुलिस तथा प्रशासन कोरोना से संक्रमित घोषित इलाकों को चिहिन्त करने की कवायद को सांप्रदायिकता फैलाने की साजिश करार देना।
आपको बता दें कि अनीस अंसारी अपनी नौकरी के दौरान सरकार बदलते ही अपनी गोटी फिट करते हुए मलाईदार समझे जाने वाले पदों पर काबिज रहने में माहिर रहे हैं। चाहे वह समाजवादी पार्टी के मुलायम सिंह यादव रहे हों, या फिर कांग्रेस। सूत्र बताते हैं कि कांग्रेस-कनेक्शन में अनीस अंसारी खासे असरदार बने रहे थे। नौकरी से छुट़टी होने के बाद शुरूआत में तो वे सपा में गये, फिर कांग्रेस में। लेकिन उसके बाद तो अब पता ही नहीं चलता है कि वे किस पार्टी में किस वक्त होंगे। बहरहाल, आजकल वे अपने मुसलमान-कनेक्शन को मजबूत करने में बिजी हैं। खुद को पटना के किसी एनजीओ का अध्यक्ष बने अनीस अंसारी आजकल तो पानी पी-पी कर सरकार, प्रशासन और पुलिस पर कुल्ला कर रहे हैं।
सूत्र बताते है कि अपनी पूरी नौकरी में हमेशा विवादों में ही घिरे रहे हैं अनीस अंसारी, लेकिन अब ऐसे वक्त जब पूरी दुनिया कोरोना जैसे महामारी से जूझ रही है, अनीस अंसारी को अपना सांप्रदायिक उधेडने में गुरेज नहीं। वैसे भी अनीस अंसारी खुद ही सरकारी निर्देशों से विपरीत भोजन वितरण के दावे कर रहे हैं। प्रशासन ऐसी हरकतों पर सख्त ऐतराज जता चुका है और कह चुका है कि जो भी कोई भी वितरण करना चाहे, तो वह सीधे के बजाय प्रशासनिक ढांचे के तहत ही करेगा।
हैरत की बात तो यह है कि इस अंग्रेजी जमाने के जेलर टाइप अफसर रहे अनीस अंसारी बात तो आम आदमी, बीमारी और जमात की करते हैं, जबकि रोज ब रोज अपने किचन में पकाये जा रहे मटन-स्टू, मटन कोरमा, भुना चिकन और मटन, गलावटी कबाब जैसे दर्जनों पकवानों की फोटो लगाया करते हैं। अपनी फेसबुक पर अनीस अंसारी का दावा होता है कि यह सब उनके परिवार के द्वारा पकाया जाता है। लेकिन हैरत की बात है कि एक ओर तो सरकार ने पूरे प्रदेश में मांस-मुर्गा की दूकानों को सख्ती से प्रतिबंधित कर दिया है, अनीस अंसारी को यह सारी उपलब्धियां कैसे हो पा रही हैं। जाहिर है कि यह अपराध है, लेकिन अनीस अंसारी उल्टे सरकार, प्रशासन और पुलिस को कोसते जा रहे हैं।
कोरोना से छेडे गये प्रशासनिक युद्ध वाले रथ के पहिये में अनीस अंसारी ने अपना सांप्रदायिक-डंडा फंसा कर पूरे युद्ध को नापाक करने की साजिश शुरू कर दी है। अनीस अंसारी ने अपनी फेसबुक पर लिखा है कि: यूपी सरकार द्वारा कोविड-19 के हॉटस्पॉट के प्रत्येक मामले में मस्जिदों को एपिसेंटर के रूप में दर्ज कर अपराध किया है। यह गलती रोकी जा सकती थी, लेकिन अब तो लगता है कि यह एक जानबूझकर हुई शरारत है, और सांप्रदायिक अपराध भी है। ये सभी इलाके मिश्रित हैं। उन्हें हरे रंग की पेंटिंग सामाजिक असंतोष में परिणाम होगा और कोरोना वायरस के प्रसार को रोकने के लिए अनुशासन की आत्मचालित भावना को बढ़ावा देने में आगे की समस्याएं पैदा करेगा। भारतीय इतिहास हमें बताता है कि सामाजिक कलह हमेशा देश के कमजोर होने का नेतृत्व करती है।
It is a bad management by govt of UP that in each case of Covid 19 hotspot identified by Police Commissioner & DM Lucknow on 8 April 20 , mosques have been mentioned as the epicentres . It is an avoidable mistake . If deliberately done , it is a mischief . All these localities are mixed ones . Painting them green will result in social disharmony & create further problems in eliciting self propelled sense of discipline to prevent spread of Corona virus

Rationality is to spread the knowledge about the need for social-distancing and accept the challenges to keep safe the localities, situated around either temples, mosques or for that matter any Church or Gurudwara.
